Yes. We can support specific hiring needs alongside your internal recruiting team and existing partners.
Do you only provide Data Engineers?
No. Data Engineering is a key specialty, and we also cover Java and full-stack development, Cloud and DevOps, and cybersecurity.
Do you support remote and onsite roles?
We support U.S.-based talent for remote, hybrid and onsite engagements. Availability depends on the role, location and candidate requirements.
How quickly can we review candidates?
Timing depends on the skills, seniority, location and current availability. We agree on realistic next steps after reviewing the requirement.
Can we request Databricks-certified professionals?
Yes. Tell us the certification level and project experience required so we can review suitable candidates and their credentials.
How are rates and employment responsibilities handled?
We discuss commercial terms for the role and engagement. Cubic manages payroll and employment administration for contractors we employ; direct-hire arrangements are different and are agreed separately.
